What is the difference between holistic coaching and therapy?
Coaching is not therapy or a medical or psychological diagnosis. Therapy is provided by a licensed professional to address specific conditions or symptoms, while coaching focuses on awareness, choices, and building practical steps. Both can be used together with clear boundaries.

Do I need a specific problem to start?

We begin by identifying your intention and goal, then explore what supports and what holds you back, and design steps that suit you. A session may include awareness exercises or gentle reflection — always by invitation and choice.
How long is a session?
Session duration is determined by the type of service specified at the time of booking.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies depending on your goal and needs. We will suggest a suitable path, taking into account your pace and capacity for commitment.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. All sessions and communications are treated with complete confidentiality. Disclosure only occurs with your consent, when required by law, or when there is a genuine risk to your safety or the safety of others.
What methodologies are used?
Sessions may include deep dialogue, awareness exercises, reflective practices, and gentle nervous system regulation — always offered as an invitation and a choice.
Can coaching be combined with therapy?
Yes, and this can be very supportive. If something arises that calls for specialist support, we may recommend a licensed professional — always with full respect for your choice.

How do I book a session?
Booking is done through the appointments page or via the approved booking link. You will receive a message with full details and instructions.
What if I want to reschedule?
Rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before your session.
What if I miss a session or cancel late?
The session may be counted as used if cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours notice, in accordance with the policy outlined at booking.
Where do sessions take place?
Usually online (such as Zoom). In-person sessions may be available upon request with prior arrangement.
What languages are available?
Arabic and English.

What payment methods are available?
Accepted payment methods are outlined at the time of booking or purchase.
Are there packages?
Yes. Packages may be available depending on the service and stage. Details will be provided before payment.
Can I get a refund?
The refund policy varies by service type and is outlined at the time of purchase. Generally, used sessions or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

Is coaching a substitute for therapy or medical care?
No. Coaching is a supportive service for growth and awareness. It does not replace medical or specialist psychological care when needed.
