Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim for a clear and fair relationship. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled, in line with the Consumer Protection framework of Saudi Arabia.

Single Sessions

  • Cancelled 24 hours or more in advance: a full refund, or reschedule at no cost.
  • Cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or a no-show: because the time was reserved exclusively for you and cannot be recovered, the session fee is payable as compensation for that reserved time. We may, at our discretion, waive this in cases of documented emergency.
  • Arriving late: the session begins and ends at its scheduled time, and missed time cannot be made up; lateness is not treated as a no-show, and the fee is not forfeited.

Packages & the Journey

  • If you choose to stop before completing a package, a pro-rata refund is issued for unused sessions: completed sessions are charged at the single-session rate, and the remainder is returned to you within 7 business days.
  • Package sessions are valid for 4 months from the date of purchase and may be rescheduled within that period with 24 hours' notice.
  • As the period nears its end, we make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling.

Digital Materials

Digital materials — such as the guided audio meditation and the digital edition of the journal — are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, given their nature.

Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel an appointment due to an emergency, you will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund or a reschedule at no cost.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us by email or our official WhatsApp. We will respond and process your request within 7 business days. Refunds are returned via the original payment method. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any right granted to you under the Saudi Consumer Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations.
