Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope and Nature of Service

This policy applies to all coaching services provided by Leenah Services for Holistic Wellness, including individual sessions, session packages, and any accompanying programmes or digital materials.

Coaching is a conscious, collaborative process that depends on the Client's commitment and active participation. Please note:

  • Results depend largely on personal effort, awareness, and engagement
  • Coaching does not guarantee specific results or immediate transformation
  • Once sessions begin or any digital material is delivered, the service is considered started

2. Payment and Consent

By completing payment, the Client confirms that she has:

  • Reviewed the service description, its nature, and its limitations
  • Agreed to the full price and the cancellation and rescheduling terms
  • Read and agreed to this Cancellation and Refund Policy

3. No-Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital and collaborative services, sessions and digital materials cannot be returned once delivered or used. The investment is made in the process, not in a guaranteed outcome.

4. Client Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • 24 hours or more before the session: Free rescheduling or cancellation with a full refund
  • Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund — the session is counted as used
  • Non-attendance: The session is counted as used and no refund is applicable
  • More than 7 minutes late: The session is considered started and counted as fully used — no refund applies

5. Coach Cancellation and Rescheduling

If the Coach cancels or reschedules a session with less than 24 hours notice, the Client is entitled to:

  • Rescheduling at a convenient time at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund for that session

6. Session Packages

  • Packages must be used within the agreed period
  • Unused sessions after the expiry date are considered cancelled with no refund
  • Packages cannot be transferred to another person

7. Digital Materials

No refund is applicable on digital materials (such as tools, files, and resources) once delivered or downloaded.

8. Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be submitted by email or phone. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Client has the right to contact the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

9. Policy Effective Date

This policy takes effect from the moment payment is completed. Payment constitutes explicit agreement to all its terms.
