Terms of Service
Leenah Services for Holistic Wellness
Last updated: April 18, 2026
1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and Leenah Services for Holistic Wellness, and govern your use of coaching services, the website, and the content and materials provided.
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any coaching session, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Nature of Coaching Services
Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that focuses on self-awareness, growth, and transformation.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical consultation, or legal advice, and is not intended to diagnose or treat any health or psychological condition.
The Client acknowledges that results depend on her personal commitment, openness, and continuity in the process.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is treated with complete confidentiality.
No information is disclosed except with written consent from the Client or if legally required.
The Coach is committed to the ICF Code of Ethics and data protection regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Session Booking and Client Conduct
Sessions are booked in advance through the electronic system or by special agreement.
The Client is expected to attend at the scheduled time. Being more than 15 minutes late may be treated as an absence.
The Coach reserves the right to terminate the session if there is disrespectful behaviour or if the Client is unfit to participate.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- The Client may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the appointment without fees
- Any cancellation made within less than 24 hours or absence from the session is considered a used session and is non-refundable
- Packages must be used within the specified period — otherwise unused sessions are considered cancelled
6. Payment and Fees
- Fees must be paid in advance through approved payment methods
- Paid fees are non-refundable after the service begins or the first session is confirmed
- For online orders, the Client has the right to withdraw within 24 hours before the first session, in accordance with e-commerce regulations in Saudi Arabia
- The company reserves the right to modify prices with prior notice
7. No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable after the service begins.
Only special cases are excluded — such as duplicate payment or if the Coach is unable to provide the service.
8. Client Responsibility
The Client agrees to the following:
- Active participation with openness and presence in sessions
- Taking full responsibility for her decisions and behaviour resulting from the sessions
- Understanding that coaching results are linked to her commitment, not only to the Coach's guidance
9. Intellectual Property
All tools, files, resources, and content provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Leenah Services for Holistic Wellness and are designated for personal use only.
Copying, publishing, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
The company bears no responsibility for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the services.
Coaching services are educational and developmental, and do not replace specialist medical or psychological treatment.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute is resolved through mediation, and if necessary, through the competent courts in Jeddah or the city where the business is registered.
12. Amendments
The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version is considered effective once published on the website.
