1. Who We Are

"Leenah Holistic Wellness Services" is a trade name under which Nahlah Mahmoud Ahmed Khalid Nadeem operates as an individual practitioner in Jeddah, under Freelance Certificate No. FL-334237039. By booking any service or using this website, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Nature of the Service

We provide supportive holistic wellness coaching focused on self-awareness and growth. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental-health care, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. It complements licensed professional care; it does not replace it. Results depend on your commitment and openness in the process.

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make, the actions you take, and their outcomes. Coaching guarantees no specific result. You may pause, decline, or modify any practice at any time.

4. Booking & Payment

Booking and payment are made in advance through the website's booking system. Service details and current pricing are available on the site; all prices are in Saudi Riyal. We reserve the right to modify prices with prior notice.

5. Attendance & Conduct

You are expected to attend at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time and missed time cannot be made up. We reserve the right to end a session in the event of disrespectful behaviour.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

We keep what you share confidential. It is disclosed only where Saudi law requires or permits. For details, please see the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and resources we provide are owned by Leenah and are for personal, non-commercial growth only. Copying, publishing, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is resolved amicably and, if necessary, through the competent courts in Jeddah.

10. In a Crisis

Coaching is a supportive, not an emergency, service. If you are in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, contact emergency services immediately (997 / 911 in Saudi Arabia).

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms; the updated version is effective once published on the website.

Nothing in these terms limits or waives any right granted to you under the Saudi Consumer Protection Law and its Implementing Regulations. When booking a package or the Journey, you may be asked to sign a separate agreement that complements these terms.
